Declan Quinn
CEO and Founder
Declan is a seasoned Deal Lead and Investor. His investment focus is early stage LifeScience companies, backed up by over 25 years of expertise acquired through technical and leadership roles in both start-ups and multinationals.
Declan previously founded & managed his own medical technology transfer business, and presently manages a family office investment fund focused on early-stage MedTech companies.
Kevin Marmion
CFO and Founder
Kevin is a Finance professional and an experienced investor in early-stage LifeScience companies. Kevin has spent most of his working life in the MedTech sector, where he held leadership positions with one of the world’s leading MedTech Multinationals.
Before co-founding Ascentifi, Kevin successfully operated his own consultancy business, where he offered valuable guidance on scaling and operational systems to SMEs to support their growth endeavours.
Ronan Mac Gabhann
M&A Specialist
Ronan is a seasoned Finance professional who has held several Finance Directorship roles in the worlds largest medical device company. He has years of business experience gained from leadership positions in Operations, R&D, Fiduciary, Commercial Corporate Finance, & IP Management.
Ronan has led financial due diligence for, and has been actively involved in, numerous acquisitions & divestitures, including deal financing.
